Blake Harris founded Harris Air Services in 2008. He built the business from the ground up with little starting capital and a poor economy. Now, Blake serves as President of Harris Air Services and is extremely involved in day-to-day operations. He volunteers his time on the Collin College HVAC Advisory Committee. Blake and his wife, Megan, reside locally in McKinney with both of their children, Sarah and Jack.

What to Expect
When calling in to schedule an appointment, one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) will quickly answer the phone, listen to your needs and set-up your service appointment accordingly. The CSR will ask you which date and time works most conveniently with your schedule and will provide you with a time window of the technician’s estimated arrival. Once the technician is dispatched, the CSR will contact you to let you know that we are on the way.
Your technician will arrive in a fully-stocked, marked truck that can repair 90% of all residential malfunctions. He will represent Harris Air Services with a tucked-in shirt and a friendly smile. The technician will begin our 5-star treatment to respect your home and show their professionalism. This will always include clean shoe covers with floor mats, drop cloths, and a vacuum when applicable. The technician will discuss any issues that your system may be experiencing and address any concerns that you express, then promptly begin working. If the technician discovers any malfunctions, you will be informed of the diagnosis and the technician will provide answers to any questions that you may have and address the price you should expect. If you approve, the technician will move forward with your request. Upon completion of the repair or potential replacement, the technician will review all work performed and ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
