We purchased our home in September of 2017 and it was already under a maintenance plan with Harris Air Services. Since we have moved in they have been out twice. We decided to continue our maintenance with them because we have had a very pleasant experience with them and it gives us peace of mind that we will always be taken care of. The office staff is super friendly and very informative. Austin was our technician today and he is wonderful! He really knows his stuff and you can tell he is really passionate about what he is doing. He is very thorough with explaining things as well as very thorough when answering our questions. Harris Air Services and their team leave no doubts that our HVAC unit is in great hands. I would highly recommend them!

Harris Air was awesome! We had scheduled a tune-up appointment for Thursday but woke up Saturday morning to find that our A/C was no longer working. We called them up to see if they could help us out and not only were they quick, they showed up that same day, fixed the issue within an hour (had to go get a part), took the time to educate me on my A/C unit and show me where the issue occurred, performed the tune-up while they were there, and simply went above and beyond what we were expecting. Our technician was Austin and he was awesome to work with and knew what he was doing. More that happy to have Harris Air be my go to Heat/Air company to keep my units running for a long time to come.

Called Harris to check on my heatpump. They got back to me quickly and were able to setup an appointment right away. Nathan Carter was GREAT!. He came out and was able to identify the issue quickly. I did need a new unit. But, he was able to provide information about comparable systems, went over pros and cons and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure when I wanted time to investigate. It was a very pleasant experience. When I called back to setup installation he was able to arrange that within a few days. Nathan also provided insight on a problem room where we had previous temperature issues. His recommendation appears to have done the trick. My daughter is very happy. Lisa Cass and the other office staff I worked with were pleasant, prompt reliable and helpful. All and all the Harris team was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing service. Austin Darling was great! He quickly identified the location of my HVAC leak and explained all the possible options I had in regards to getting it taken care of. Will definitely be using them again.

Blake we appreciate your prompt service when our a/c broke down. We called our regular company and they said it would be 2 days before they could get out to my house. It was really nice that you were able to fix the issue immediately due to your stocked truck. You are our new a/c company!

Thank you for the great installation of my Trane XL16i system. My wife and I were skeptical about the ductwork corrections you insisted on (mainly because no other company brought this up), but after we have seen and felt the results we are more than satisfied. I appreciate the installers using drop cloths and wearing booties to protect my carpet. Our electric bills have dropped dramatically and our home has never had such even temperatures. We will recommend your services to others. Great job!

Harris Air Services is the most professional air conditioning company I have ever used. Blake came out after the other company told me I had a bad compressor, and much to my surprise it was just the outdoor motor. I appreciate the honest second opinion; it saved me from buying a new unit. Thanks for being clean and courteous, I will use your company again in the future.

Blake was able to move up my appointment time by an extra day, he arrived at my house even quicker than he originally promised. Once on site he had the problem diagnosed in a matter of minutes and with the spare parts already in his truck my A/C was blowing cold in less than an hour! He continued checking out the rest of the system and told me everything else was fine (I have a feeling that some other people may have tried to add on other services!). His prices are extremely reasonable and his service is top notch which creates a value that’s extremely hard to find these days. I’ve got his magnet stuck on my fridge and he will be the first person I call if there are any other problems with my A/C.

Yesterday, my heater went out – just before another round of bad weather. Harris Air Services came out the same morning and Blake found and repaired the problem quickly. Not only polite, but the professionalism was a nice change from my old service provider. The price seemed fair. I was so pleased, I signed up for the annual maintenance program.
