  Jose Garcia was very professional and polite. He explained every detail of what needed to be fixed and he showed be photos of the problem and gave me two options of how to fix it. He is definitely an asset to Harris Air & Heat!

  We have our HVAC maintenance with Harris Air and are happy with the attention to detail, detailed report with pictures of our system, and the kindness and professionalism of their service crew. Jose has been out to our home the last few times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. He has patience in explaining his findings as I’m not versed in HVAC systems and has helped me understand how to prolong the longevity of our unit.
