Wanted a local McKinney business and unfortunately my AC chose to break down during a stretch of 100 plus degree days. They got me help right away. Austin came out and quickly found the problem. Very thankful for the quick and honest service. Was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance plan and is now my go to company for any AC or heating needs.

Harris Air Services installed a complete new system in our house about 18 months ago. Since we enclosed our patio we needed to go one ton. They took the time to completely measure the house and calculate the additional duct work required. The installation was done in one day with no follow up issues. It’s amazing how much more comfortable our house is in the summer and our electricity usage has gone down significantly also. They have also been very timely and thorough on the biannual service plan.

Harris Air was so great about accommodating my request and fitting me in first thing in the morning. My AC capacitor blew and I have elderly dogs that simply couldn’t handle the extreme heat wave we’re having in Texas. They changed schedules so I could be first call. Thank you Harris Air! Joshua, my service technician, was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough.

My air conditioner went out early this morning. I called and left a message and my call was returned before their offices opened. Efrain was courteous, efficient and professional. He found the problem quickly, fixed it and made sure my AC was in perfect working order before he left. I have use Harris for 10 years and I couldn’t be happier.

This visit was for my biannual preventative maintenance check. Austin was thorough and asked a lot of questions to ensure he was checking any trouble spots. He explained everything he checked and ensured our unit was in good working order. I appreciate Harris Air because they don’t try to sell me on things and always communicate about appointments. Wanted to give high praise to Harris Air Services LLC as they were able to see us on a Saturday when our heater went out and especially to service tech Austin Darling. Austin went above and beyond, explaining things to me as he went. Will call next time we need HVAC work done.

Exceptional service! Harris Air just did a whole-house HVAC makeover on our new (to us) home. One central unit and three mini-splits. We could not be happier with the service we got from Austin and the whole Harris team. They were really on the ball, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Plus they got our new systems installed on really short notice so we could move into our house quickly. We are super impressed and happy.

Fantastic customer experience! We no longer have a problem cooling the 12-foot ceiling rooms, and we have reduced our A/C electricity bill by nearly 40%.
After bad experiences with 2 other A/C companies, we called Harris. Austin listened to our concerns, evaluated both A/C units, and then offered options. Austin explained each option, and answered all our questions.
We decided to replace both units with 18 seer, variable speed Tranes, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
The installers were fast, knowledgeable, and professional – and they completed both systems in under 5 hours.
Austin was there when the work began, and came back as the installers were finishing up. He walked through both systems with me to check their function, show me how everything worked, and then made sure he answered any questions I had.
Harris is way ahead of the competition in straight talk, respect for the customer, and value. They are the model that all companies should learn from.

Efram was outstanding as far as his professionalism, knowledge and customer care. He had to make a trip back to our house after his work day around 9:00pm to double check the unit. He did it with such concern for our well being that we not suffer another night of heat 🙂 Second time using Harris. Will only use them in the future. Very honest and caring local company.

We learned about Harris Air from our neighbor after we moved to Texas and I’m sooo glad they told us about this company! We are now on their annual program and it has worked out well for us. We have had Joshua C for our last two ‘seasonal checkups’ and he is very professional and thorough. They don’t try to push add ons or services that you don’t need. We would definitely recommend Harris Air.

I called Harris yesterday after seeing 54 Google Reviews with a combined rating of 4.9.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly, patient and polite. She scheduled me for an appointment for the next day (today). I asked if there was anything available same day and she said not currently, but agreed to call me if anything opened up.

About 30 minutes later, I received a call they could be out same day – so I drove home and by the time I was there the technician had just arrived and was waiting to start work.

He was excellent. Friendly, clean, efficient and smart. What struck me most though was his honesty and that he took the time to actually explain what was happening, why it happened and how we can avoid it in the future. He even indicated (obviously based on the current condition of the system) how long we could expect it to run if we kept up the maintenance.

After explaining three options for payment, I chose one which included the annual maintenance agreement, and the checkout process was fast and efficient. I had my invoice before he even left the house.

Honestly, I know this review sounds canned – but I am always willing to give credit where it’s due, and Harris really exceeded my expectations.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!

It was so refreshing to have a nice honest man come and do the service I asked for without trying to pressure me into contracts or trying to scare me into buying extra services I dont need. Harris Air services are number one in my book and I will not only call them when I need service but will tell all my friends and coworkers about them.
