Thomas was my service man. He was extremely professional, thorough and was able to explain the problem & how he could fix. Offered options and was able to take care of problems promptly! These folks rock. My mom's system fan decided to give out and they responded quickly. Josh and Austin helped us get the unit up quickly prior to an incoming cold front. Josh was on-time, professional and knowledgeable about what occurred. Shortly after he started the system was operational and back on-line. I highly recommend them not only for rescue service, but maintenance as well.

Great experience with Harris A/C. We initially called on Saturday morning and they were here within the hour. Follow up on new unit has been very professional, courteous and timely. Would highly recommend!
